Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kl108 website accessible at https://kl108.cam, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual upon completing the kl108 registration process.
• "Member" / "You" / "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform.
• "kl108" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform and all related services described herein.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to a Member's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be staked before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by kl108 before processing withdrawals or at any point kl108 deems necessary.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is excluded from the Platform, or is otherwise ineligible to hold an Account as defined in Clause 2.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an Account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of kl108, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute or court order applicable to you personally.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through kl108 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme to which kl108 is party.
• You must not have had a prior Account on the Platform that was closed by kl108 for fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of kl108, you must register a Member Account. The registration process and ongoing account management are subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
• You must designate a unique username and a strong password. kl108 recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters.
• You must agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full at the time of registration.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account at any time. If kl108 identifies that a Member holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — kl108 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts immediately, void any open wagers placed from those Accounts, and forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. kl108 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be treated as your own action. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify kl108 support immediately at support@kl108.cam.

3.4 Account Updates

You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to name, address, or payment details may require supporting documentation for verification. kl108 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until updated information is verified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kl108 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which kl108 accepts no liability.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment channels are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable bank fees.
• kl108 reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time as part of its KYC process.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your kl108 Account.
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification (see Clause 8).
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the Account has an outstanding active bonus with an unmet wagering requirement unless you elect to forfeit the bonus. Forfeiting a bonus also forfeits any associated bonus winnings accumulated to that point.
• kl108 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kl108 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are distinct from real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer. Bonus Funds and derived winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within the stated period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Unless the specific offer explicitly permits it, bonuses may not be used on certain game categories or bet types (for example, low-margin bets such as 1×2 markets priced above a certain threshold). Eligible games and bet types will be listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Each promotional offer is intended for one eligible Member per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. kl108 reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus where it determines that offer abuse is occurring.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement applicable at the time of registration will be displayed on the promotion page. kl108 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time it was issued.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated wagering, use of multiple Accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that kl108 reasonably determines to be abusive will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure. kl108's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activities on the Platform across sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot games:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. kl108 will not reverse a settled bet on the grounds that the Member changed their mind after placement, except where a technical error on the Platform's part caused an incorrect price or market to be offered.
• kl108 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (a "palpable error"), regardless of whether the event has already been settled. Members will be notified by email of any void resulting from a palpable error.
• For sports markets, the applicable rules for each sport (including rules on abandonment, postponement, and reduced-time play) are published in the Help section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• For live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other third-party studio providers, the rules of each game as presented within the game interface are applicable. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event, per game, and per day. Current limits are displayed in your Account settings and within each market or game.
• kl108 reserves the right to limit the stake size or frequency of bets placed by any Member at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or software from the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kl108 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that facilitates money laundering.

8 Identity Verification (KYC)

kl108 is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme under which Members may be required to submit identity documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any other point kl108 deems appropriate.

8.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the deposit or withdrawal account (BCA, BRI, OVO, etc.) is registered in your name.

8.2 Verification Timeline

kl108 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete set of valid documents. During the review period, withdrawal requests will be held. Once verification is completed successfully, withdrawals will be processed under the standard timelines set out in Clause 4.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of kl108 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use kl108's trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl108 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.
• Losses resulting from interruption of service, technical faults, or delays beyond kl108's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits kl108's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kl108 support at support@kl108.cam. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided KYC has been completed and no outstanding withdrawals are under review.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by kl108

kl108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 180 days or more.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal compulsion.

In the event of termination for cause, kl108 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, kl108 reserves the right to forfeit the Balance in accordance with these Terms.

12 Privacy & Data

kl108 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data will be used to provide platform services, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud, and communicate relevant account and promotional information to you. kl108 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 13 Responsible Gaming

kl108 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform incorporates the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or forced session breaks after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that kl108 block your re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months or indefinitely.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kl108 holds its operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

kl108 operates as an international online betting platform. Indonesian law does not currently provide a recognised regulatory framework for online gambling operators; accordingly, kl108 operates under an international licence obtained in a jurisdiction where such activities are lawfully permitted. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them in Indonesia.
